Where are you located?
We are an online retailer, based in Perth, Western Australia. All our products are shipped directly from us (no drop shipping), we operate out of a private address in Aubin Grove, WA. We also offer collection from Aubin Grove.
Can I request to pick up my order?
Of course, we offer collection from our Aubin Grove site. Once the collection is ready you will receive a email with the collection location.
How can I check if a product is in stock?
We always strive to keep as much stock as possible. To check if a product is in stock give Sam a call on 0449 045 297 or send an email to boats@perthboataccessories.com.au
Can you deliver to my PO Box Address?
Some products can be delivered to PO boxes, heavy or bulky items we may need to use a physical address which we will contact you for.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All delivery estimates can be found in our shipping/collection policy.
Can I return a product?
Majority of items can be returned, you can complete a return request via your orders pages when your signed in to your account.
Can I pay for an order by Direct Deposit?
Yes, however not products will be dispatched or ready for collection until funds have cleared in our account.
Can I pay by card or Paypal?
Of course, we accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop and Visa.
Can you price match or price beat?
