    You can track your shipment by the shipping confirmation email we sent you the day of shipment. If you purchased through an account, you can sign in to your account to find your tracking number.

    Sometimes products can be on backorder. If your order is on backorder, you will be notified of this. We try to provide weekly or fortnightly backorder updates to you but sometimes this isn't possible during peak times.
